Terms ofService

DIGIVICE provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Professional CV and resume creation and optimization
• Portfolio website design and development
• Academic project formatting and presentation design (PFE projects)
• Web application development for academic and business purposes
• Business plan writing and consulting
• Brand identity design
• Technical support, debugging, and code review services
• Deployment and documentation services

All services are provided subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by service and are estimates based on typical project complexity:

• CV services: 2-3 days (Express: 24 hours)
• Portfolio websites: 5-14 days depending on complexity
• PFE formatting: 3-5 days
• Web development projects: 14-28 days depending on scope
• Rush delivery available for most services (additional fee applies)

Revisions

• Basic services include 1 minor revision
• Premium services include 2-3 full revision rounds
• Revisions must be requested within the revision period specified for your service
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees
• Major changes or scope changes may require a new order or additional payment

To ensure timely and quality service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the service
• Respond to requests for information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Review deliverables promptly and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Respect intellectual property rights and not use deliverables in ways that violate these Terms
• For academic projects: Ensure that any content provided is original or properly cited

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your specific use case:

• You receive full ownership and usage rights to CVs, portfolios, websites, and other deliverables
• You may modify, use, and distribute deliverables for your personal or business purposes
• Source code, design files, and documentation are included where applicable

Our Rights

• We retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes (with your permission)
• We may use general design patterns, templates, and methodologies developed during your project
• We do not claim ownership of your content, data, or proprietary information

Service Limitations

• We provide services "as is" and make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job offers, project grades)
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors affecting deliverables
• For websites and technical projects, ongoing maintenance and updates beyond the included support period are the client's responsibility

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGIVICE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate services:

• By Client: You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, cancellation terms apply as stated in the refund policy.
• By DIGIVICE: We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or if we are unable to complete the work due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Upon termination, you will receive any completed work up to that point, subject to payment of fees for work completed.

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly:

• Contact us first to discuss any concerns or disputes
• We will work in good faith to resolve issues through communication and negotiation
• If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts
• These Terms are governed by Moroccan law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may discontinue use of our services.
